Ten tips to overcome a breakup (2nd part)

In our previous publication of tips to get through a breakup, we talked about some tips to overcome this situation, but the reality is that it is not a simple process so even following all those steps you will feel like those were not enough, which is why we provide even more ideas for it in the hope that they can help you overcome this terrible situation.

1. Escape the routine

Often depression is given by a monotony in our lives. It is the way our body strikes us saying "hey, you're worth more than that, I want you to get your hopes up again doing something." At first everything is nice, we are excited about our home, our work and our new partner, but as time goes by the illusions are fading. We feel so eager to get home and see our partner. We do not feel that hope to complete the project to our boss ...

Our body begins to feel a lack of positive emotions and positive melancholy, dreams ... and a way for segregating these substances or motivate us to segregate is depression.

All you have to do is live new sensations and that this will be done with a small change in your life. A job change, hobbies change, something new to do after work, a new hobby. What comes to mind just to vary your daily routine, this creative aspect everything you can and see how you are varying your routine happier.

2. Find yourself a meditation exercise

This is the best advice I can give. This is something you do and you do it while your mind wanders off and freely. You are minding your own business, restructure your mind.

Your mind is like a misshapen ball, every time you start to meditate packages are flattening and making it round and perfect. In short, you are ordering your ideas, relaxing ... In short, if you want, meditation certainly has very positive effects on health.

Although my methods of meditation cost me money, love and help me a lot. I am someone very hyper, which I hate the games like chess and sit still. What I do to meditate is to take my car and spin. While I never pass 80km / h, I play the music that I love to stop and start driving aimlessly. My mind relaxes and I start talking to myself talk.

This relaxes me a lot and if I'm depressed let me happier than a lark. Another thing I do is go to the movies. Simply because I love cinema can leave your life, everything you're by 1:30 (or more) and delve into a new world of fantasy where you are the spectator of great stories.

Why I recommend both films. Very relaxing and relieves depression.

3. Combat melancholy

Many times we feel depressed because we have melancholy. If you have the chance estáte with that melancholy which gives you until you sick. For example, if you miss your parents, ask your work holidays and go 20 days with them. Heading over with them at all times, in the end probably end tired and melancholy will go for a good season.

It will remind you to be with your parents was not so wonderful. So well kill two birds with one stone as they escape from your daily routine.

4. Get yourself a hobby you're passionate about

This is perhaps the best exercise for depression.

Find yourself doing something you're passionate about, that you like. If my case is writing yours may be something like collecting stamps, clocks, programming, writing ... Find your place in the world, and not just have to have a hobby, but keep that reaching your goal, peaking in your hobby.

If you try tennis you can go as professional tennis. A hobby is a very good anti-depressant, so stop complaining and look for one you're passionate about (I did not say that you like, but you're passionate about)

5. Set yourself goals and go for them

Having goals in mind distracts and prevents the depression becomes a part of that gives much more meaning to your life. If the games do not have objectives would be meaningless if companies not be marked targets would not be businesses. And you, as a person, should mark you that if you do not have goals you are not person.

Márcatelos either in your hobby, your job ... but be something to fight every day, that something that makes you get up wanting to experience the world.

6. Get addicted to a TV series

Something that I loved it and made me very happy was seeing series like The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, That 70's Show, etc. looking forward to each chapter. Such are the things that make you feel like dying you get ... a certain day.

Fortunately a television series clears your mind and makes you more happy and content.
