20 tips to forget a loved one

1. Realize that you are no longer in his/her life. You must accept that your "thing" is over and that so far things are that way. 

2. Remember all the bad moments you had while being at his/her side, do not idealize him, look at the person as he/she really is and the bad things he/she has done to you.

3. It's easier to remember the nice things, but record in your mind the lies he/she has told you and you will see him/her with different eyes. 

4. Make memory of how low he/she  has fallen to his deceptions. 

5. Remember how bad he/she smelled at times (it will give you more strength). 

6. How he/she didn't remember your birthday or anniversary or another special date, it's a disaster! 

7. How he/she calls you only when he/she wants; and when he/she says he/she will, does not. 

8. He/she is a problem in your life and evil must be removed to keep going. 

9. Make a cleanup in your life, like when you clean the cabinets what works stays the rest we give away. 

10. The heart needs to be free and healthy, so you can receive the good things that life has in store. 

11. See how your relationship made you lost time, look at it as life experiences, not as something to remember. 

12. Be the best for you and others, it does't matter if the others are not for you. 

13. Do not say you have a problem that you can not solve, you are stronger than that.

14. Fill your life with things that benefit you, go to the gym, beauty salon, and get pretty (you deserve it). Read 15 books you never thought you'd read, use your hands to create things, knitting, painting, etc. 

16. Call your friend who you have lost contact for quite a long time and invite her to go with you for a coffee and remember your beautiful moments. 

17. Call your mother and tell her you will pick her up to go to the mall and look showcases. 

18. Never you stay waiting for a call (He/she will not call). 

19. Cry if you need it, wipe off the tears and start again... The tears are there to erase pain. 

20. And do not avoid talking about it, the more you let your feelings flow it will be easier. Think of it as a movie that happens and goes up to the end. 

It seems that all these tips were unnecessary, right?

You should try to make some changes in your life and see that slowly your life will change. What once you thought it could never happen, is happening now ... and now you're prettier, more worried about you.
